
It is very humbling for us to know that we are fulfilling our dream. It was less than 15 years ago that we were both in high school, washing dishes, and working as prep cooks in local restaurants.
While we worked extremely hard to get here today, there have been so many people along the way that have shaped who we are as individuals and professionals. This restaurant is homage to them.
The location we chose, the food we make, and the service we give are all on purpose. Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible and create long-term relationships.
Paola and Jeremy Goldberg were educated at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and Florida International University’s School of Hospitality Management in Miami, FL.
Much of their careers were spent managing some of South Florida’s favorite restaurants including Timo, Johnny V Las Olas, and Escopazzo.
